WOW: so we don't get bored...


  • 15 minutes cardio
  • Front Squat
  • Bent over row and Dead lift
  • Skull crusher and Lat pull down
  • Power clean and shoulder press with dumbbells
  • Finish up with 10 minutes of burpees and jump rope.  Alternate for 1 minute each.  
    • 1 minute: jump rope
    • 1 minute: burpees
