The Turkish Getup
This is a great, full-body exercise that requires balance, strength and flexibility.

The Getup can be performed with a Kettle Bell, barbell, dumbbell or even a sandbag. Short on weights? A jug of water will do that trick! Pair this with burpees for my favorite workout!
